All production is done in house and managed on an item-by-item basis. Therefore, we currently require a process time of two weeks to make your garment, and cannot facilitate a faster turn around. During peak times, our processing time will vary. We'll endeavour to announce these processing times on social media, and by an information ribbon above our shop page. If you are concerned about turn around time it would be best to contact us before placing you order.

A refund or exchange will only be accepted in the instance of a manufacturing or sizing fault, on both regular and custom orders. For this reason we are very specific about our measurements on the garment shop page, and encourage you to contact us if their are any concerns.

If you believe your item is eligible for a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your options and recieve our returns tag. Once we have recieved the item with swing tags, and ensure it does not bear signs of wear or used damage, we will fulfil the refund or exchange request.
